During this 6 day/7night retreat, we will explore the depths of yoga through the practices of pranayama, meditation, gentle asana, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga.  Away from the daily distractions of life and having the time to ingest the cultural ambiance that Mar de Jade and the small fishing village of Chacala provide, you will leave feeling refreshed, renewed and re-inspired to live life to the fullest.

Faith and Nova have been teaching retreats together for over six years and together they weave a powerful message of love, wisdom and enjoyment of each moment.

Your day includes morning meditation followed by a delicious breakfast and an am yoga asana practice prior to lunch. Enjoy the afternoon on the beach, in the village, on an excursion or volunteering at the local school before winding up the day with a beautiful restorative practice as the sun begins to fade. Diner is served beach side with friends and includes sumptuous nutritious meals cooked with love by Mar de Jade staff.

In this nourishing retreat, we will cultivate mindfulness, clarity and ease through yoga, meditation, pranayama and Ayurvedic principles. The morning session will include meditation with guidance followed by a slow flowing integrated asana practice. In the early eve we will rejuvenate through a yummy restorative practice with integrated breathing. We will have one evening lecture on practical Ayurveda.
